UN SUEÑO

¿POR QUÉ ROSAS CAFÉ?

“Although it may seem so, my favorite flower is not roses! When I lived in Paris, my aunt used to fill the house with fresh lilies. Since then, their fragrance and beauty have stayed with me.

I named my project Rosas Café because I decorated the walls with 30,000 silk roses in six different shades, filling everything around you with color.”

Throughout my career in the fashion industry, I was always surrounded by inspiring people and places. Despite a fast-paced lifestyle, between photoshoots around the world, I took the time to observe and mentally capture what moved me. From architecture to gastronomy, art to fashion, I gathered a blend of ideas that inspired me.

My dream has always been to bring my beliefs to life, to create a welcoming space that reflects my passions and personal experiences: healthy food, décor, fashion, and my love for animals, especially dogs.

I was born in the beautiful and iconic city of Salamanca, and although my career led me to live in places like Cape Town, Milan, and Dubai, I have always considered Marbella—with its cosmopolitan culture and enviable lifestyle—my true home.

 

NEW BEGINNINGS

WELCOME TO THE PLACE I ALWAYS DREAMED OF...

I wanted to create something different and distinctive. A creative space that reflected all the beauty and artistry that inspires me. I also wanted it to embody my own values: integrity in everything I do, the desire to build a welcoming community, and a genuine sense of family.

Initially, we were set to open in a luxury hotel in Marbella, but just a couple of months before the launch, we realized that our vision did not align with theirs, and negotiations came to a halt. But everything happens for a reason.

The first was when Bally, my partner, proposed to me. The second, when he suggested that we open Rosas on our own. My answer to both was: ‘Yes!’

Within days, we found the perfect location for Rosas Café, and with a great leap of faith and a strong belief in our dream, we embarked on the journey. Six years later, Rosas Café continues to grow, and we are about to begin an exciting new chapter: we are expanding globally.

It hasn’t always been a bed of roses. But with love, dedication, and quite literally, many tears, we have made Rosas Café a reality. I have always believed that dreams, with great enthusiasm, commitment, and an exceptional team by your side, can come true.

That is why we have carefully selected our coffee, guided by the two most important values that define our business: love and dedication.”

At Rosas Café, we take great pride in serving Tunki coffee, which we consider to be the best in the world. But don’t just take our word for it—the American Specialty Coffee Association, one of the most respected authorities in the coffee industry, has named Tunki the finest coffee on a global scale.

While our passion for coffee runs deep, we also believe in the values and inspiring stories that make each cup truly exceptional. Grown in the lush jungles of Puno, in Tunkimayo, at 1,200 meters above sea level, Tunki coffee is the result of the dedication and craftsmanship of Wilson Sucaticona and Luz Celia, a husband-and-wife team who cultivate the land using traditional methods passed down through generations.

As a Rainforest Alliance-certified organic farm, their coffee is grown without chemicals, artificial fertilizers, or pesticides. Each bean is handpicked with care, meticulously washed with pure Andean spring water, and sun-dried under the warm South American skies.

This meticulous artisanal process ensures that every imperfection is removed, resulting in an award-winning, truly exceptional coffee—your coffee!
